Shane co-manages all Global Infrastructure Strategies at ClearBridge Investments* and he has 24 years of investment industry experience. Shane joined a predecessor organisation in 2010. Previously, he was Director, Infrastructure Securities, at Hastings Funds Management as well as Portfolio Manager and Investment Analyst at Tribeca Investment Partners and Investment Analyst at AMP Capital Investors. Shane earned a Master of Commerce (Advanced Finance) from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.

Matthew is a Senior Investment Director on the Global Emerging Markets (GEM) desk at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he is responsible for the ASI Global Emerging Markets Income Equity Fund. Matthew joined Standard Life Investments in 1998. He has successfully managed country funds in Japan, Asia Pacific and GEM. Matthew holds a BA in Economics from Durham University in 1998. He is also a CFA charter holder.

Andrew Jones is a Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors responsible for a range of equity income mandates, including the UK SRI Income and Growth and the Global Responsible Managed strategies since 2012 and 2021, respectively. Prior to joining Henderson in 2005 as a portfolio manager on the UK Equities Team, Andrew worked as a fund manager at Invesco Perpetual, where he started his career in 1995.

Andrew graduated with a BA degree (Hons) in economics from Queens' College, Cambridge University. He holds the Securities Institute Diploma and has 26 years of financial industry experience.

Jake is involved in managing Square Mile’s investment consulting output and has fund research responsibilities in UK property, US equities and global equity income. He also supports research relating to ESG and responsible investment and is a lead media spokesperson.
